Job Scopes

To provide support to top Management on HR & Admin matters.

Responsible for recruitment/staffing activities to find and select talent of the right match for existing/new positions.
Responsible to ensure that the training needs for staff are identified by Head of Department and to coordinate in arrangement of training to increase the productivity of all staff.
To prepare and coordinate with Head of Department on annual performance appraisal.
To review HR & Admin SOP process from time to time to ensure that HR & Admin SOP remains effective and efficient at all times.
To review and update Employee Handbook, Staff Retention Scheme, HR and Company Policy on annual basis/as and when required.
To provide support to Penang and JB’s branch office on HR related matters.
Responsible for the general office administrative matters i.e. insurance, office purchases, equipment maintenance, etc.
Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience with min 5 years of progressive experience in HR role
Independent, Proactive, Mature individual with problem solving skills
Possess excellent people management skills with the ability to plan, execute and follow through on assignments
Able to communicate with people of all levels
