POSITION TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT

COMPANY NATURE OF BUSINESS: IT (SOFTWARE)

LOCATION: BUKIT JALIL (TECHNOLOGY PARK)

Responsibilities:
• Deal with partners by telephone or electronic medium for domain matter.
• To be vigilant of calls waiting and helpdesk enquiry.
• Escalate unresolved queries to designated departments for further investigation.
• Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of inquiries and to
determine possible causes, and to propose appropriate solutions.
• Communicate progress and resolution of issues to internal and external customers.
• Maintain accurate and quality response for ISO9001-2015 audit purposes and compliance

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s
Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
• Required skill(s): MS Office & Power Point
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy.
• Self-motivated and perform well under pressure
• Applicants must be willing to work on shift; allowance will be provided.
