Overview

Position Title: HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Company Nature of Business: Manufacturing and process, mining and oil & gas industries, top quality air pollution control and air handling products, equipment, systems & services for a clean, safe, healthy & productive work environment.

Salary range: RM3,000 – RM4,000

Location: Balakong, Cheras

 

Responsibilities:

General support to HR department
Maintain employee records(soft and hard copies)
Update HR databases (e.g: new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
HR General duties
Manage the department’s document filling & housekeeping
Other Ad-Hoc duties as per required
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Human Resource
At least 1 year experience required
Required skills : Microsoft office, SQL Software Accounting, Payroll SQL
