Overview

Responsibilities

·         To lead Operations Department and oversee overall car park operational issues

·         To monitor and control car park performance, revenue and manpower

·         To plan all future requirements for equipment, manpower, work schedule, etc.

·         To prepare car park monthly/period reports

·         To ensure all accounting records and reports accurately related to car parks business operations

·         To liaise with local authorities in obtaining car park licenses & permits

·         To attend monthly meeting with landlord and building management team

·         To handle parking complaints from tenants, visitors, etc.

·         To implement and adherence to company’s Standard Operating Procedures and policies

·         To ensure smooth car park operations and exceed quality expectation

·         Promoting a good impression on car park environment and company images

 

 

Requirements

·         Degree in any discipline

·         Min 5 years’ experience in the related position

·         Good leadership, independent and responsible

·         Positive attitude, articulate, pro-active with strong analytical skills

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels

·         Possess own transport
