Position Title: ADMIN OFFICER / ADMIN ASSISTANT (URGENT)/ MANDARIN SPEAKER
Company Nature of Business: Manufacturing (Industrial, Decorative paints & Powder Coatings)
Location: Klang (Kapar)
· Qualification: Minimum SPM/ STPM / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Business Administrative
· Number of Years’ Experience : 1-2 Years of working experience in the similar or related position (admin and HR)
· Skills: Computer literacy especially in Ms office
· Filling form & Organizing document
· Good command in both written and verbal of English and Mandarin
· Basic knowledge of Payroll system (handle claim & benefits as well)
· To work with minimum supervision and under pressure
· To improve teamwork and communication
· To apply trained knowledge in routine job functions
· Willingness to learn & seek improvement
· Advantages: Possess own transport.
Knowledge of others language or dialect, preferably in Mandarin.
