Position Title: HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT

Company Nature of Business: Freight Forwarding/Logistics

Location: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam



General support to HR department
Maintain employee records(soft and hard copies)
Update HR databases (e.g: new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
HR General duties
Manage the department’s document filling & housekeeping
Other Ad-Hoc duties as per required

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Human Resource
At least 1 year experience required
Required skills : Microsoft office, SQL Software Accounting, Payroll SQL
