Position Title: Business Administration Assistant

Company Nature of Business: Manufacturing

Location: Old Klang Road, KL

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support functions to the sales team/department.

• Responsible to prepare and issue invoice, quotation, delivery order and other relevant documents to customers.

• Handle all matters relating to sales administrative works and assignments.

• Responsible to frequent liaison with suppliers on relevant documents.

• To attend to customers’ inquiries and calls as well as after sales service issues.

• Responsible to organize and maintain good filing system and updates.

• Assist with preparation for business development information, feasibility analysis and etc.

• Daily reporting to ensure timely tasks completion and customer fulfilment.

• To ensure office upkeep for a pleasant experience for customers’ visit.

• Scope of work will be revised depending on the management’s needs/ request.

 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/ Pre-U/ A level/ College, Diploma/ Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business/ Finance/Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.

• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.

• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

• Able to work under tight deadlines and fast paced environment.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in both written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.

• Positive working attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Required language(s): Chinese, English (in order to liaise with Chinesespeaking associates).

• Keen to learn and attentive to details.

• Results oriented, dynamic, self-motivated and willing to accept challenges.

• Neat and organized.
