Overview

Position Title: Secretarial Executive / Senior Executive / Associate

Company Nature of Business: Secretarial Firm

Job Location: KL & Melaka

 

Responsibilities:

·               Assist in the drafting of Board and Committee agendas and minutes of meetings

·               Calendar Board and Committee meetings

·               Attend Board meetings, Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings, etc

·               Prepare certified resolutions

·               Prepare and lodge statutory / non-statutory documents with the relevant authorities

·               Monitor and comply with submission deadlines

·               Maintain and update the statutory books and records and other materials in compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and any other regulatory requirements such as the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements, etc

·               Advise on and ensure clients’ compliance with the Companies Act 2016, the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements and other relevant statutory requirements

 

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Familiar with the Companies Act 2016 and the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements
Able to handle portfolio of clients independently with minimal supervision
Young, dynamic and willing to learn
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Mature and strong interpersonal skills
Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Required Skill(s):  Microsoft Office
