Salary range: RM3,000.00 RM3,500.00

·         Responsible for the leasing, marketing and lease management activities of the mall

·         Assist in implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the retail mall space

·         Prepare leasing kit and proactively market the shop lot/mall to targeted potential tenant.

·         Evaluate the prospective tenant’s proposal and recommend trade and tenancy mix based on the mall’s positioning

·         Ensure tenants adhere to the lease term, and follow up from the signing of the lease term to the opening of the store.

·         Conduct checks on tenants’ outlets and liaise with tenants on follow up matters such as product mix , operating hours, cleanliness, staff services, etc

·         To conduct market studies/ research on the retails trends and watch out for any new designer/brand in the market

·         Plan, establish & maintain good landlord-tenant relationships

·         Attend to any leasing & marketing related matters



·         Degree or Diploma in Real Estate Management / Property Development or equivalent in related fields or in the same environment

·         Must have at least 2 years working experience in real estate marketing and leasing, preferably in a retail mall

·         Have strong negotiation skills & a good ability to research and report on market opportunities

·         Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English

·         Knowledge of Chinese and other languages would be advantageous.

·         Computer literate & competent in writing business letters and proposals.

·         Able to work independently and under pressure
