Overview

Responsibilities:

·         Providing sales support to the Sales team

·         Timely processing of customer orders with accuracy and meet customers’ delivery requirements. To inform customer of any delays and to arrange alternative delivery dates

·         Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal parties (warehouse/production) for any related issue about stocks and delivery matters to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and in timely manner

·         Monitor and follow up on pending orders and backlog status

·         Issue quotation and respond to requests for samples, spec and other related general sales materials to customer

·         Handle incoming sales calls in a mature and professional manner and identifies customer needs

·         Respond in a timely manner to email inquiries according to internal procedures and policies

·         Maintaining a systematic filing system both electronic and paper

·         Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties as and when required

Requirements:

·         Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, diploma advanced/higher/graduate diploma, post graduate diploma, professional degree, any field

·         Minimum 2 years proven experience as a sales support, logistic or delivery arrangement or in other administrative position

·         Good listening and comprehension skills

·         Good organization and multi-tasking skills

·         Capable of working independently and can meet deadlines

·         Ability to adapt to change and evolve with a rapidly growing company

·         Good verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills

·         Ability in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
