Overview

Job Responsibilities

–          Assisting in conducting scheduled & unscheduled audit

–          To assist and handling of internal & external factory audit

–          Follow up on the progress of departmental corrective action activities within the deadlines

–          To handle QA operation activities such as Incoming, Pre-packing & Pre-shipment

–          To lead and supervise a group of supervisor/inspector to maintain and implement the company quality system in efficiency

–          Liaise with manufacturing personnel on specifications, complaints, quality problems, etc in addressing corrective/preventive action for continuous improvement

–          Nonconformance handling and customer complaint follow up

–          Plan and lead quality failure investigations, initiate quality assurance activities and implement preventive measures

–          Perform process validation on overall manufacturing process

–          Provide training for team or individual (internal training)

–          Leading the Company’s QA team and setting initiatives to continually improve quality and decrease customer issues with products

–          Ability to create and implement QA & QC standards and procedures

–          Work with the company’s team and vendors to ensure the most cost effective packaging while providing the protection necessary for each product

Requirements

–          College graduate with at least 5 years’ experience in the furniture industry

–          Familiar with testing standards

–          Knowledge and experience in ISO9001 and ISO13845 will be added advantage

–          Must be able to create technical standards and instructions

–          Strong problem solving skills in audit and quality issues

–          Fluent in English and mandarin
