Service Manager

Job Description

·         Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree, any field

·         Must be able to use computer and familiar with Microsoft Office

·         Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English, local Chinese dialect is an added advantage

·         At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

·         Fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply

Job Scope

Spare parts management

·         Plan spare part inventory based on sales of products

·         Forecast spare part inventory based on demand history

·         Manage sales and inventory of spare parts to authorized service centre

·         Tracking of spare parts orders from factory

·         Monitor incoming/outgoing of spare parts to dealers/authorized service centre

·         Update spare part diagram, pricing, and spare part code. Make sure all parts are up to date

Service centre management

·         Monitor incoming/outgoing to repair tools

·         Monitor technician repairs on tools to make sure quality and fast repair

·         Prepare and submit report of technician daily service to management

·         Manage service centre orders & claims from customer

·         In-charge of showroom sales

·         Maintain overall cleanliness of service centre

·         Enhance overall service and expend service network (Authorized service centre)

·         Make sure that service department achieve its KPI set by management
