As part of the Strategic Enterprise Unit, you shall be responsible for sales of our business imaging solutions to key strategic major accounts. The following entails the role of this highly visible role:

  • Defend, grow and expand sales volume from existing corporate clients
  • Aggressively achieve market share; converting major accounts into customers
  • Perform full sales function, including pre and post-sales activities
  • Deliver proactive account management for existing clients
  • Build strong business relationships with our clients and ensure service offerings are met
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, site walks/surveys, minutes of meetings with customers
  • Perform sales demonstration and presentations to clients
  • Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets
  • Relationship management – develop and maintain good relationship with all and potential clients
  • Manage ad-hoc queries and inquiries generated
  • Liaise with internal Divisions to ensure requests are followed up

Person Specification:

  • Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience in key account management in printing or IT industry.
  • Has strong analytical skills and good business acumen
  • Possess good knowledge of managed print
    services solution selling
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with people
  • Responsive and committed to tender submissions
  • Proposal cost simulations and tabulating site survey assessment
  • Committed to stay beyond official hours for tender preparation
