Job Requirement:

*Candidate possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree of any field.

*Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint.

*Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English

*Prefer working experience in the related field for this position.

*Applicants must be willing to work in Rawang.

*Preference will be given to those who can start work immediately.

Job description:

*Answer calls from customers.

*Provide accurate information to customers.

*Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction.

*Identify and resolve customer’s problems and complaints.

*Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions.
