Provide technical support and service barcode equipments (printer & scanner) at customer site
·         Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks

·         Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

·         Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations /briefings

·         Build positive relationships with customers

·         Produce timely and detailed service reports


Must have requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Strong service orientation
Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills; both verbally and in writing
Possess own transport
Able to work during weekends and Public Holiday
Preferred requirement:

Preferably male candidate due to on-site duties nature of work to be handle.
At least 2 -3 years relevant experiences in related field with good interpersonal skills but fresh graduates/entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
