Position Objective:

Operational Manager is an important management position reporting to the CEO. You will be responsible

for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting

the CEO in setting up the business operations in Asia. If you are looking forward to making a significant impact in a fast paced, high-growth entrepreneurial organization and would like to work closely with an exceptional senior leadership team, this is the position for you.


Major Responsibilities:

Set up the office infrastructure – identify, shortlist, negotiate contracts with all vendors.

Recruit, hire and help on boarding of new employees.

Manage the organizations HR needs – helping and creating organizational/ program budgets in

collaboration with the CEO

The position requires constant communication with customers and internal business partners.

Working closely with the Sales Team, Account management and Engineering for defining the

goals and objectives to ensure clear prioritization

High level of technical knowledge or hands on development experience

Have the knowledge, skills and experience to be able to recognize when problems surface or potential problems are looming. To articulate problems, bring the right people together to solve problems and know when the problem has been properly addressed and closed—all this with the proper sense of urgency that the problem requires.

Supports the department’s strategy to achieve the company’s mission and core objectives.

Market Intelligence: keeping close eye on the competition and customers, build strong relationship with customers and partners and always evaluate the product and competition and its market fit and strategy



5+ years of experience in IT industry.

5+ years of experience in the online gambling industry from both B2B and B2C companies.

5+ years of experience managing large client facing teams (AMs, Sales, Support) – above 30


2+ years of experience as a product manager

Deep knowledge of commonly-used development concepts, methodologies and practices

Up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies and techniques.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both Chinese and English

Experience in a client-facing, project-based role


Education and/or Experience:

Post graduate degree in business management is preferred but not a necessity or Bachelor’s

degree (Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent professional experience.
