Job title                        :           Unitary sales engineer

Reports to        :           Unitary sales leader

Experience        :           2-5 years technical or hvac sales

Qualifications    :           Dip/deg engineering or equivalent

Language          :           English/ Mandarin





·           Focus in project sales, targeting M&E contractors, M&E consultants and direct owner.

·           Product focus: Commercial unitary.

·           Require engineering knowledge on products and HVAC system. Will require to do product presentations and system design proposals.

·           Focus in central region.

·           Handle customer enquiries, ie to provide quotation and technical infromation.

·           Maintain high level standard of customer service and good customer-relations.

·           Meet required sales volume and sales margin quotas.

·           Minimize risk and maintain the lowest estimated cost. Minimize estimate deviations by working with company resources.

·           Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively.

·           Sets a comfortable tone and encourages open communication. Listens attentively and actively.

·           Develops new account prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

·           Presents key selling points, features, and benefits of products and systems while focusing message on customer needs and expectations.

·           Track record of successful customer negotiation at the executive level. Establishes common ground and focuses on win-win outcomes while gaining concessions and protecting organizational interests.

·           Work with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals.

·           Presents a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization.

·           Self-motivated with the ability to create new opportunities and respond to existing opportunities throughout the Malaysia market.

·           Learning agility, strong communication skills at all levels, disciplined, result oriented and integrity are critical competencies and values required.
