Scope of Responsibility
To handle recruitment, arrange interview
Responsible for all monthly payroll processing functions and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory report such as EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax.
Responsible for attendance, Medical claim and leave management.
Preparation of monthly HR report on payroll, headcount, staff turnover analysis, Insurance staff movement, organization chart updates, manpower movement and any ad hoc report as and when requires.
To support and coordinate Flights and accommodation booking, Checking monthly claims and office general administration tasks
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management
Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in Human Resources
Familiar with Malaysian Labour Laws and Industrial Relations
Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese languages
Proficient with MS Office applications, Quick Pay system and Oracle Software will be an added advantage§ Proactive working attitude and able to work independently in a fast paced changing environment
