Overview

Responsibilities:

Customer Management – Develop and implement the customer management capability of the branch to meet the needs and expectations of the business and its customers
ii) Administration – Ensure all required reports and returns are managed on-time and prepared accurately and in line with the business requirements
iii) Care of Assets – Manage the assets of the business in accordance with policy
iv) Credit Management – Manage the effective collection of debtors for the business in line with the agreed targets and timeframes
v) Customer Service – Understand the needs of customers and meet them through the effective implementation of the RI Customer Service standards and procedures
vi) Environmental Health & Safety – Manage the branch operations in accordance with the Corporate EH&S Policy
vii) Reporting & Controls – Report the business accurately and ensure all funds are managed, transparent and controlled in accordance with company requirements
viii) Cost Control – Manage the costs of the branch both in line with the agreed budget guideline
ix) KPI Management – Strive to achieve the agreed KPI’s for the branch and report the progress towards achievement as outlined in the Branch Reporting Guidelines and Reporting Pack
x) Limits of Authority – Ensure the Authority Schedule is adhered to and permissions followed

Requirements:

·         Minimum Diploma with at least 4 years of Operations experience

·         Team player, results oriented, dynamic, creative and self driven

·         Have good communication skills to enable to ensure smooth co-ordination among the department staff (service, sales, admin)

·         Able to work and meet tight deadlines

·         Preferably to have some accounting knowledge as needs to understand the internal controls

·         Able to perform business performance and financial analysis
Strong communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin)
