Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES

·           Responsible for handling incoming calls for opportunities

·           Process enquiries and proactively resolve customer issues & challenges effectively

·           Build strong internal and external relationship through customer service support and delivery

·           Convert incoming enquiries into sales or secure appointment for site inspection

·           Identify and follow-up opportunities to gain new customers and conduct upselling to existing customers

·           Proactively call to convert jobs into contracts

·           Identify and follow-up complaints from newly signed up customers to prevent pre-mature termination

·           Process all customers’ contracts and job orders in timely manner

·           Effectively plan Residential Specialist’s work for optimum productivity

·           Ensure all documentation pertaining to customers are updated into the respective service database timely and accurately

·           Ensure the sales loop is reported accurately on daily basis

·           Work out and agree on a payment plan with customer and support Residential Specialist as and when necessary
Any other task or duties that maybe assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

·         Minimum a Diploma in related discipline of studies with proven track record in telemarketing environment

·         Highly successful at converting incoming enquiries into sales or secure appointment for site inspection

·         Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone

·         Call centre experience is an added advantage

·         Good planning and organisational skills with attention to details

·         Ability to priorities tasks with effective time management

·         Good understanding of Business clients in your designated locations
