Position: HR Executive


Location:  Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan,


Nature of Business: Offer a full range of services including Localization, Technical Writing, Multi-language Translation, Interactive Digital Media Design, I.T. Solutions and App Development.


Salary range: RM2,000 – RM3,500 depend on experience



Job Responsibilities

Perform full spectrum of HR function and responsibilities including recruitment, staffing, manpower and organization, payroll, appraisal and other HR administration.
In-charge for all the HR correspondences such as Letter of employment, Letter of Confirmation, disciplinary letters and etc
To accurately update new hires and off-boarded employees in the HRMS system
Review, update and maintain proper data, records and filing of employees’ files and UBS Payroll
Maintain and keep track employees’ leaves, medical, company asset insurance, expenses claim, overtime and attendance records
Prepare bonus, increment and salary adjustment letters
Apply and monitor status of work permit/employment pass/dependant pass of foreign employees.
To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Accurate and timely processing of monthly staff payroll (including EPF, SOCSO, income tax)
Preparation of payroll reports
Prepare bonus, increment and salary adjustment letters.
To conduct interviews for potential employees.
To provide Letters of Offers/Appointments to successful candidates.
Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is added advantage.
A committed team player with strong sense of urgency.
Able to work independently, self-motivate and work under pressure
Strong administrative skill and highly organized; can perform multi-tasking
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): payroll, Microsoft Office, HRIS
Preferably Junior / Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Understanding of Malaysian employment laws, EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
Willing to take up ad-hoc, additional tasks
Able to join on December 2018 if possible.
