Job description for Account Executive (General Ledger)

 

1.             To assist monthly closing of accounts

2.            To responsible for the fixed assets register and accounting

3.            To responsible for the stock accounting

4.            To responsible for the payroll accounting

5.            To responsible for the intercompany billings and accounting

6.            To check payment accounting entries (GST)

7.            To prepare the monthly management accounts of the related companies

8.            To liaise with branches and other departments for any outstanding documents

9.            To liaise with the external auditors for year end audit

10.          Any other matters as need arises

Job Requirements:

  1. LCCI or higher qualification
  2. Minimum 5 years working experience in related field
  3. Must be computer literate
  4. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
  5. A team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
