Position Title: Business Admin & HR Executive
Company Nature of Business: Healthcare
Location: Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur
· Minimum graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration.
· Minimum 2 year (s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
· Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources/ Business Administrative.
· Required skill(s) in MS Excel, MS Word, and Power Point etc.
Job Description & Responsibility:
1) Human Resources
· Perform full spectrum of payroll in an efficient and timely manner.
· To coordinate recruitment, orientation, training and evaluation activities.
· Planning and execute HR policy.
· Update employee record, leave record, claims record and ensure personnel folder is up-to-date.
· Responsible for staff medical claim administration, leave management, employee insurance and employee staff claim.
· To assist in daily HR operational matters.
· To prepare HR letters and other related documents.
2) Admin & Secretary
· To ensure the smooth running of the Company’s overall administrative function.
· To coordinate with vendors on the ordering of stationery, pantry, refreshments, etc.
· To coordinate facilities maintenance/ repairs for office property and assets.
· Arrangement of renewal business licenses, insurances, road taxes, etc.
· Liaise and coordinate with external secretarial agents on board resolution, annual return and others.
· Liaise with external auditors and others by providing all the statutory books and records required for auditing and others purpose.
· Keep tract on latest update and new requirement on company secretarial practice and relevant regulatory bodies.
