Position Title: Service Manager

Company Nature of Business: Trading for Healthcare Equipment

Location: Kuala Lumpur

 

Responsibilities:

· Report directly to General Manager / Director
· To implement the After Sales strategies and ensure sales target on service meet
· To liaise with Sales Team and develop promotion campaigns to increase sales and improve sales services
· To ensure high level of customer satisfaction and liaise with customers and ensure that customers’ queries and complaints are timely and properly addressed & resolved
· Ensure Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) meet as set by Company Standards
· To review and evaluate all customer service processes and to make recommendations to replace and
improve the system in line with Company Standards
· Sales presentation, technical support and after sales service meet promptly
· Ensure Work In Progress meet the target
· Monitoring bad debts collection
· Ensure all Staff (Technician, Customer Service Personnel, etc) well train in dealing with customer service
· Excellent communication with internal and external customers

Requirements :
· The ideal candidate should enjoy challenge, is energetic, demonstrates initiative and has a strong interest in After Sales & Services
· Candidate must hold at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Business Studies, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
· Preferably Managers specializing in Sales & Services, Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferably candidate with experience in Hospital Industry
· Must possess own transport. Required to travel
· Required language(s) : English, BM and Chinese is an added advantage
· Applicants should be Malaysian citizen
