Position Title: Indoor Sales Coordinator

Company Nature of Business: Manufacturing

Location: Rawang, Selangor

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for the daily indoor sales operation of designated product in the division.

·         Assist in the sales collection and adhere to credit control of each Sales personnel.

·         Responsible carry out the appropriate marketing / sales strategy to achieve sales target.

·         To provide market feedback on all sales related activities & products development.

·         To submit sales report and finding to the Sales Executive as and when required.

·         To assist the Sales Executive in formulation the sales strategy, policy matters, budgeting and etc. as when required.

·         Timely preparation of invoices and delivery orders.

·         To make arrangements for delivering of material.

·         To exercise discretion on Company’s information and safe guard Company’s interest at all times

·         To highlight any irregularities, problems, or weaknesses and to recommend actions for improvement of any area of your function above.

·         Any other duties including from any departments and/or subsidiaries of Group Companies that may be assigned to you from time to time.

Requirement:

·         At least SPM qualification

·         Working Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience as Indoor Coordinator

·         Job Knowledge & Skills – Proactive, pleasant personality with good inter-personal and communication skills

–          Team worker in face pace environment & committed in meeting deadline

·         Able work in fast moving environment & able multi task

–          Customer services oriented

–          maintain high confidentiality and possess strong work ethics at all time
