Position Title: Account Executive – 1 year contract

Company Nature of Business: Manufacturing

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor (HICOM GLENMARIE)

 

Job Responsibilities:

Raised delivery order/print & control KK manual D/O
Issuing Delivery Order to Transfer
Issuing Invoices for Transfer after W/H Verify
Issuing Invoices, Amend Prices / Qtc & Cancle D/O
To print all the Sales Invoices, Cash Sales & Official Receipt.
Franking /  Mailing all the documents (travel to post office)
Filling all the related documents
Bank in cheque for collection (travel to Maybank-Sea Park)
Handling customers call for A/C enquiry
Record & filling the Daily Forex Exchange Rate
Handle Monthly invoices for Proton, Modenas & Perodua
Prepare the Monthly Transfer Amounts for G. Insurance
Update Cash Book
Update Debtors Collection & Ageing
Prepare / Process Payment Voucher for creditors & Expenses (staff, suppliers & customers)
Raised Cash Sales for KK Branch
Issuing /  Checking Debtors Receipt
Key in A/R, A/P, P/V & J/V to GL System
Issuing Cheque for all Local Payment
Prepare Summary list for Forex Forward Contract
Update Foreign Currency for Trade Creditor
Monthly Costing Report
Helping issuing Debit / Credit Note for T. Debtors
Check / Recon KK Physical Stock for issue D/O
Record & Pack Previous Year Documents to Storage
Requirement:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Prefer candidate with 1 to 3 years working experience in account
Able to start immediately
