Position Title: Sales Admin Officer

Company Nature of Business: Publication / Printing

Working Location: Shah Alam, Selangor (Taman Perindustrian Subang Utama)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30 am – 5.30 pm)

Saturday ( 8.30 am – 12.30 pm)


Specific responsibilities:

1.            Provides sales and administrative support such as preparing and issuing quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order and invoice.

2.            Is responsible to be in touch with suppliers and check on the status of existing orders and delivery.

3.            Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.

4.            Is responsible to maintain customers and suppliers’ records and information.

5.            As an appointed EMS committee member, is entrusted the duties and responsibilities for EMS related jobs assigned as written in the appointment letter.



General responsibilities:

1.            Receive and direct telephone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages to others while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality.

2.            Is responsible to assist with administrative duties and finance related jobs.

3.            Any other jobs assigned by the Superior (head of section/department).



1. At least SPM or above

2. At least 1-2 years working experience in administration / sales coordinator

3. Experience in using SAP system will be added as advantage
