Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and master user of ERP systems, set
control, operation set-up, users training and plan
implementation to live running.
Manage and ensure daily production requirements
are achieved to meet customers expectation.
Create production schedule and prioritize job-orders
for production optimization; job-orders manufacturing
schedule.
Manage the follow-up as required with all teams to
expedite flow of materials and documents to meet
production schedule and expectation.
Data analysis and decision making to support raw
material supply and finished goods demand.
Analyze and prepare documents needed for
production; complete status report for production
progress.
Interacts with shop floor management on a daily
basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing
efficiencies, etc.
Staff management of planning team, proper and fair
jobs allocation knowing each individual ability and
skill.
Targets setting and cascading down to team
members’, apply 2-way management and support the
team members to achieve the targets set.

Position Requirements
Degree qualified or equivalent in a business related
subject.
Min 8 years working experience with 3 years in
supervisory position.
Possess good communication and strong
organizational skills, people orientated.
Strong leadership skills and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize
tasks.
Experience of working with and understanding of
ERP systems is essential.
Familiar with License Manufacturing Warehouse and
Sales Tax.
