Salary Range – MYR 3,000 to MYR 5,000

Experience – 2 to 3 years
Trade Marketing and Pricing:
– Responsible in monitoring all service performances by ensuring all vessel spaces filled & control pricing.
– Monitoring agency/each branch offices performance by ensuring they achieve the target set through:
– individual branch KPI
– Market Identification – potential customer list with potential and target volume
– Monitoring lost and gain accounts ensuring we do not lose any customers and how to gain support/ retain customers support.
– Competitor Analysis
– Support and guide sales team in each branch offices in getting cargoes and maximize revenue by solving issues/challenges/obstacles, this also help to ensure smooth flow in each branch offices
– Vessel space control to ensure vessel spaces are fully utilized, space allocation to all branch offices.
– Rates approval and sending quotations to agents/customers.
– Visit customers as and when needed.
– Branch offices visitation to communicate with local sales and staffs and further strengthens the bond which helps in managing the branch offices.
